You have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, without giving any reason.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please use our withdrawal form or contact us by email with your order number and a clear statement that you wish to withdraw from the purchase.

After submitting your withdrawal request, you will receive a confirmation by email.

Returned items must be shipped back within 14 days after notifying us of your withdrawal.

Customers are responsible for the direct cost of return shipping unless otherwise agreed. We strongly recommend using a tracked and insured shipping service, especially for international returns and limited editions.

 

Due to the delicate nature of our books and collectible editions, returned items must be handled with great care and returned in their original condition, including all protective packaging where applicable.

Customers may inspect items as they would in a physical shop. However, we reserve the right to reduce the refund amount for any loss in value resulting from handling beyond what is necessary to examine the goods, including damage to covers, pages, bindings, slipcases, protective wrapping, or packaging.

Black Letter Press is not responsible for items lost or damaged during return shipment.

Refunds will be issued using the original payment method within 14 days after we receive the returned goods or proof of return shipment.

Please note that certain handmade, custom-made, made-to-order, or personalized editions may be excluded from the right of withdrawal where permitted by applicable law.
